Released Saturday January 3, 2009, 1500 hrs

Location: Burger King 2690 Capitol Trail Newark, Delaware

Date and Time: Friday January 2, 2009 9:15 pm

Suspect: Unknown black male, dark complexion, 6’00"-6’03", 250-275 lbs, black mask, black sweater, armed with a semi automatic handgun.

Resume: An unknown black male suspect entered the Burger King establishment. The suspect approached the counter and contacted the manager of the business. The suspect lifted his shirt and displayed to the manager what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun. The suspect demanded cash from the registered. After obtaining an undetermined amount of cash the suspect fled through from the restaurant. No injuries as a result of the robbery.
