Yesterday afternoon, a 19-year-old victim responded to work at Red Lobster on Churchmans Road when she parked her 2008 Scion in the northwest parking lot adjacent to the business. Several hours went by and the victim returned to her vehicle only to find that her vehicle was now missing two tires.
