DSP News Release: Thursday, January 08, 2009- Troopers Seek Help in Identifying Burglary Suspect

Location of Incident: Young’s Oriental Grocery, 2017 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, Delaware, New Castle County

Date and Time of Occurrence:  December 27^th, 2008, 2:00 a.m.

Suspects:  White male, mid to late 20’s, dark hair with an average build

Resume: On December 27^th, an attempted burglary occurred at the Young’s Oriental Grocery Store on Kirkwood Highway in Elsmere.  The suspect in this case was captured on surveillance video as he tried to gain entry to an exterior storage shed by damaging the hinges. The suspect was unsuccessful and he injured his hand in the commission of the act.
