Update #3 DSP News Release: Thursday, November 12, 2009- Subjects Sought in Prescription Fraud Ring
State of Delaware- The Delaware State Police has had a great deal of success in this investigation. The following people turned themselves in today at Troop 2: Michelle Hammond, Jeffrey Fisher, Gail Perry, Khadijah Greaves and Thomas Congo.
Mr. Congo was implicated in this case yesterday and warrants were completed. He too turned himself in today. Thomas Congo allegedly presented a fraudulent script at the Rite Aid located in the Midway Plaza Shopping Center on October 12th.
Each of the apprehended suspects was charged with Forgery (felony) and Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud (felony). They were all released on unsecured bail.
Note to the media: In regards to Mr. Dacey. His last known address was in Northeast, Maryland; however, family members advise he has not lived there for quite some time.
Dacey and Zonisha Shaw are still wanted. Anyone who may know of the location of the subjects still wanted, listed in this and the previous press release is asked to call 302.834.2630 ext. 347 or Crime Stoppers at 1.800.TIP.3333.
