DSP News Release: Robbery Suspect Sought
Location: BP Gas Station, 2368 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, New Castle County, DE
Date of Occurrence: Sunday November 1, 2009 at 7:45 p.m.
Suspect: White, male, 20 to 30 years-old, 165 lbs, wearing long sleeve shirt and a dark colored sock hat.
Resume:
Delaware State Police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a Bear area convenience store/ gas station.
The suspect entered the BP gas station and confronted the clerk. He implied that he had a weapon and demand money. When the clerk opened the cash drawer the suspect reached over the counter and removed an undisclosed amount of currency from the register.
The suspect was last seen running west on Route 40 after the robbery.
