DSP News Release: Tuesday, June 09, 2009- Troopers Look to Identify Shoplifting Suspect
Location of Incident: Kohl’s Department Store, 4437 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington, Delaware, New Castle County
Date of Occurrence: Thursday, June 4, 2009
Suspect(s): Unidentified black male, 20’s to 30’s, beard with a dark complexion
Resume: Troopers from DSP Troop 6 are looking to identify the below depicted suspect. This individual was involved in a shoplifting incident from last Thursday at Kohl’s on Kirkwood Highway.
In this incident, the suspect placed children’s clothing in a suitcase and exited the store without paying.
