DSP News Release: Thursday, July 30, 2009- Serious Injury Crash on Grubb Road
Location: Grubb Road at Kings Ridge Drive, North Wilmington, Delaware, New Castle County
Date of Occurrence: Thursday, July 30, 2009, at approximately 8:42 p.m.
Resume: State Police and emergency personnel are currently on the scene of a serious injury crash on Grubb Road at Kings Ridge Drive. This crash involved two vehicles, a car and a truck, and this was a head-on collision.
Preliminary reports from the scene have indicated that two subjects were injured and both have been transported to Christiana Hospital. One subject’s condition is considered serious.
This investigation is currently underway and the details surrounding this crash will be made available to the public tomorrow.
