The Headline: Wednesday, July 29, 2009- Downed Power Line Closes Philadelphia Pike
Location: Philadelphia Pike between Bellevue Parkway and Mullen Road, North Wilmington, Delaware, New Castle County
Date of Occurrence: Wednesday, July 29, 2009- at approximately 12:30 p.m.
Resume: State Troopers and emergency personnel are currently on the scene of a single vehicle incident along the 1100 block of Philadelphia Pike. In this incident, a trash truck struck and downed and utility police.
Currently, the roadway is shut down between Bellevue Parkway and Mullen Road.
