DSP News Release: Friday, August 28, 2009- Suspect Sought in Newark Area Burglary
Location: Valero Service Station- 796 Old Baltimore Pike, Newark, Delaware, New Castle County
Date of Occurrence: August 24th, 2009, 2:30 a.m.
Suspect(s): Leo J. Pierce, 34, of New Jersey Avenue in New Castle, Delaware
Resume: Detectives from the Delaware State Police Burglary Squad are seeking the whereabouts of Leo J. Pierce. He has been connected to the burglary of the Valero Service Station on Old Baltimore Pike which occurred on August 24th.
A routine computer check has revealed Pierce is also currently wanted by Kent County CCP on two active capiases, Newark Aldermans Court, New Castle County CCP on five active capiases, Court 11 and the Wilmington Police Department.
