Wilmington- The dog in this case, “Bink,” has been located and returned to the owner.
After “Bink” was stolen, the suspect allegedly responded to Pennsylvania and sold the dog to a third party who was completely unaware of the theft. This subject in turn saw the story covered by the local media and contacted the Delaware State Police earlier this morning to return the dog.
This is an ongoing investigation, and thus, the subject who purchased the dog will not be available for a media interview.
