DSP News Release: Wednesday, August 05, 2009- TD Bank Robbery Investigated
Location: TD Bank, 82 Christiana Road, New Castle, Delaware, New Castle County
Date of Occurrence: Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at 11:40 a.m.
Suspect: White male, 25-40 years old, approximately 5'06'' to 5'11'', average build, brown hair, unshaven, wearing a dark colored, short sleeved tee shirt, and dark colored shorts.
Resume: On Wednesday, August 5th, at approximately 11:40 a.m. the below pictured suspect entered the TD Bank on Christiana Road.
This subject walked up to and threw an empty bag at one of the bank tellers. He demanded the teller fill it with cash so that ‘no one would get hurt.’ After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the area by unknown means.
