DSP Seeks Public's Assistance - Shots Fired Complaint

 

New Castle - On Saturday, April 18th, 2009, a few minutes after midnight, Delaware State Police converged on a large party being held at the Nur Temple, located at 198 South DuPont Highway, for a shots fired complaint.

 

The investigation revealed that prior to and once Delaware State Troopers were on-scene that shots were fired from an unknown suspect and weapon.  At the present time, there have not been any reported injuries, however the Delaware State Police are seeking information concerning this incident and the investigation is on-going.

 

The Delaware State Police remained on-scene and disbursed the crowd attending the party without further incident.
