DSP News Release: Saturday, October 31, 2009- Female Armed Robber Sought
Location: Valero Shore Stop, 2636 South State Street, Dover, Delaware, Kent County
Date of Occurrence: Friday, October 30, 2009, at approximately 10:30 p.m.
Suspect(s): Black female, thin build, hooded sweatshirt, gloves and a face mask.
Resume: At approximately 10:30 p.m. last evening, Troopers responded to the Shore Store on South State Street for the report of an armed robbery.
In this case, a female robber, armed with a handgun, entered the Shore Stop and approached the service counter. This subject demanded cash and the clerk complied.
The bandit fled the store on foot in an unknown direction.
