DSP News Release: Delaware State Police Arrest Three Men for Burglary
Location: Magnolia Furniture, South Main Street, Magnolia, Kent County, DE
Date of Occurrence: Sunday, November 15, 2009 at approximately 5: 30 a.m.

Delaware State Police have arrested three men for breaking into a Magnolia furniture store and attempting to steal a cash register.
Troopers were called to the Magnolia Furniture Store early Sunday morning after receiving a report of a burglary. When troopers arrived they found that a rock had been thrown through the front window. Upon further investigation it appeared that the suspects had entered the business and attempted to remove the crash register but were unsuccessful.
Troopers located evidence that led them to the unit West Walnut Street in Magnolia. When troopers arrived at the residence they found the three men and located additional evidence linking them to the crime.
Semans, Gonzalez and Calder were all taken to Troop – 3 in Camden where they were charged with; burglary, attempted theft, conspiracy and criminal mischief. They were arraigned and released on unsecured bail pending an appearance in the Court of Common Pleas in and for Kent County.
Semans and Gonzalez enlisted with the Marines and were absent with out leave from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina when the crime occurred.
