THE STATE BUREAU OF IDENTIFICATION’S DOVER LOCATION HAS MOVED!

   You are hereby notified that, effective Monday, March 16, 2009, the State Bureau of Identification’s Dover location has moved to the following location. Note: Please see below for directions.

DIRECTIONS

 

The Blue Hen Mall and Corporate Center is located on U.S. Rt. 113, just south of the Rt. 13/Rt. 113 split in Dover.  DART provides bus service to the Blue Hen Mall and Corporate Center, via DART Route 107. It is adjacent to the Kent County Levy Court Administration Building. The entrance is in the rear of the building behind AETNA.

Directions From the North
(Including: Newark, Wilmington, New Castle County)

  1. Route 1 South
  2. Route 113 North(Dover Air Force Base (DAFB) exit)
  3. Turn Right onto Route 113 North
  4. The Blue Hen Mall Corporate Center is .5 miles ahead on the Right

- OR -

  1. Route 13 South
  2. Bear Left onto Route 113 South at the Route 113/Route 13 split
  3. Turn Left into the Blue Hen Mall Corporate Center(at the second traffic signal)
  4. Turn Right at the stop sign and proceed to the center entrance


From the Southeast:
(Including: Milford, Georgetown, Rehoboth)

  1. Route 113 North
  2. Proceed on Route 113 North past the Dover Air Force Base (DAFB)
  3. The Blue Hen Mall Corporate Center is 1 mile ahead on the Right


From the Southwest:
(Including: Felton, Harrington, Seaford)

  1. Route 13 North
  2. Turn Right onto Court Street
  3. Turn Right onto Route 113
  4. The Blue Hen Mall Corporate Center is .5 miles ahead on the Left

 


From the East:
(Including: Little Creek)

  1. Route 9 toward Route 8
  2. Take Route 8 West
  3. Turn Left onto Route 13 South
  4. Bear Left onto Route 113 South at the Route 113/Route 13 split
  5. Turn Left into the Blue Hen Mall Corporate Center
  6. Turn Right at the stop sign and proceed to the center entrance

  2. Take South Little Creek Road West
  3. Turn Left onto Route 113 South
